This page contains a collection of my favorite recipes that have proved to be tried and true. Some of them I have come up with by simply using the ingredients we had on hand and others are from trusted fellow primal bloggers and friends. Eating real nutritious food is definitely more time consuming than grabbing a package of the heat and eat processed bag of chemicals you could pick up at the grocery store, but I would argue well worth the time and taste.
