Day 22 – keep reading for Baked Chicken Legs recipe and sauteed okra!
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with red onion, sausage, black coffee
Lunch: leftover beef stew and a small salad with tomato, avocado, and basil
Dinner: Baked Chicken legs with parsley and lemon & sauteed okra from my grandaddy’s garden.
Directions for Baked Chicken Legs: Pat the chicken legs dry, sprinkled with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, & pepper. Squeeze a lemon over them and add chopped parsley. Cook on 375 degrees for about an hour.
Okra: Heat a tablespoon coconut oil in skillet on medium-low heat. Place rinsed, whole okra in skillet with coconut oil and sautee until tender. Sprinkle with garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper!
