When I think of summertime, after picturing just sitting by the ocean’s shore reading a good book, I immediately think of peaches. Being from the Peach state, there are endless supplies of juicy, ripe peaches in the dead heat of summer. This simple primal take on the traditional peaches and cream is certainly not lacking in taste.
1 ripe peach, sliced
Coconut cream (found on the top of a can of full fat coconut milk. Use the leftover coconut milk to drink or put in smoothies.)
Place sliced peaches in a bowl, top with coconut cream, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Done and yum. You could also do the exact same thing with berries, another summertime delight.
